Yes - We are covered for up to £20,000 Goods in Transit & £5,000,000 Public Liability. All our drivers are fully insured for Hire & Reward.

Costs are calculated on a £ per mile, which is dependant on weight and areas to be deliverd to. We have a flat rate for any distance under 30 miles. 

As a small business we would prefer POD, however we appreciate that is not always possible so will work with you over mutually agreeable terms

Currently we do not add VAT - However the registration process will be completed soon and we will then add VAT to all our payment requests.

We understand that from time to time, plans change. We try to work with customers as much as possible, however waiting fees of £25 per hour (pro rata) after 30 minutes initial grace will be chargeable. Additional items added after an agreed load may be chargeable also. Additional stops added after an agreed route charged at £20 plus additional miles.
